Great place to live. Easy accessible from sohna road. Society has 500 apartments with amenities like table tennis, billiards and gym. This is the only society which has dedicated conversation room for senior citizens. Just installed state of the art swings.

Society is good, have ammenties like club house, Badminton court, play ground for children, just 1 Km from Space ITech park, gated community and security, very big and spacious, however the space of rooms and kitchens are not enough. Drawing room also average as per price. #SmallRooms #GatedSecurity #HighPrice #LesslivingSpace #GoodLocation

Extremely Hostile and rude environment. President RWA and governing body are running a DICTATORSHIP in society. EXTREMELY PET-UNFRIENDLY Pets NOT ALLOWED on ANY green areas. The RWA have smartly named all green areas from A tower to G tower as Central Park. (see img) Most resident owners are rude and unfriendly. LIFTS are PATHETIC - daily breakdown of atleast one lift of all 8 towers. PLEASE DONOT shift on RENT specially if you have PETS.

The flats in the society are spacious and airy but because the construction quality is inferior there are lot of problems which crop up on a regular basis related to leakage, blocked drains in the bathrooms, kitchen, etc. . We lived in 2+ study BHK and the kitchen. The flat overall was spacious. But the kitchen in the house are very badly made - they are tiny and not at all good for a family. (the house we lived had pathetic quality woodwork). There are just way too many pigeons who will infest your utility balcony, so recommend to have a pigeon net there. Honestly, the common areas like the lobby and the club house are in a bad shape. The gym equipment is horrible and unusable. Because of Covid, we were unable to use the pool. The security is good and housekeeping staff is helpful. Parking is well regulated thanks to the current chairman. Overall, if you are renting, be sure to click photo of every little detail, problems and share with your landlord, else they will blame you for the damage and recover it from your security deposit. (It happened with me - so have first hand experience). In fact if possible, ask them to install new fans, lights, etc. else they will blame you if the fans stop working while you are living there even if you are not at fault (again a victim here as my landlord didn't understand the concept of - 'End of Life'. My landlord expected that the exhaust fans he installed 6-7 years ago will last forever and says you should return the flat in the same condition as it was handed to us 3 years ago and he should not have to shell a penny for any upkeep of the house. Yes yes, exhaust fans keep running forever, I know). Overall, not so great value for money. At the price point you might pay here, there are much better apartments available within a 5 Kms radius if you are willing to look at SPR, Sector 70A, etc.

Staying here from last 1 month in 3BHK 2085 sq ft. on lease Pros: 1) Two side open, spacious and well planned flat layout 2) Brilliant cross ventilation 3) broad balcony 4) Good sunlight & park view in C-E blocks 5) No building in front or back side (C-E blocks), hence clear view 6) Closer to Subhash chowk and to centre of Gurgaon (unlike SPR road properties) 7) Good 900 mtr jogging track, active & friendly residents Cons: 1) Construction quality is average, like most of Gurgaon condominiums 2) Approach road from Sohna Road has unofficial waste drop point (with stray cows roaming around) [Big let down] 3) Seepage issues inside flat Bottom line - Given the location, views, layout, etc. definitely I would recommend this place to stay.
