★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very professional in closing the Service Requests instead of resolving the issues. Not bothered about the customer service. Road side vendors are much more better than SPECTRA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are frequent network disruptions, unplanned maintenance, mass blackout - specially in Wakad Pune area. My entire society has faces the same issue with Spectra. We are planning to move to other provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service noticed ...not bothered at all on solving any issues ... no one to answer the responses... if any new customers trying to take I would say keep this as last option... even to change the faulty cable they need approval from higher authority n will wait for that but they will not solve the prob ... just to change a lan cable needs 15min but they said only if head office approve will do .. pathetic team ... stay away from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been only a week since we have started using spectra. And can say it's the worst service ever provider. It's supposed to give 100mbps spped as mentioned but it does not even give 1 Mbps. It's affecting work and even my mobile Network with 3g works faster than this. Please do something on this otherwise give our money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor speed, I had taken 100 Mbps line and had it for 6 months , I used to get very poor speed and it used to vary throughout the day from less than 10 to 30-40. Raised several complains, in the beginning and finally when my work was getting affected then I tried to give them another chance to fix it. Each time a SR used to get raised , and then someone used to come and they will try something and bring it up to 50 and then say this is the best they can do. The 100 Mbps is when you directly plug your machine to the cable bypass the router . This is something they should tell upfront not after selling the connection.
Then their cancellation policy is also pathetic , they need 15 days of advance notice. They should at least be considerate to see how many time a customer has complained and how long their service wasnt upto mark. Now I have switched to Airtel. Lets see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great internet provide..... Normally works for 15-16 days A month. But you have to pay for entire month else they start charging you extra later frees..... For example our net was not working from 1st of this month..... After repetitive calling customer care for complain they finally send a person after 8 days.... Who was not able to fix the issue.. Than again it took another guy to fix the problem... Which took more 3 days.... Problem was from spectranet but we have to pay for there issues..... And now.... Just a day after they fixed the issue... Again the next is not working..... I thing..... This is one of the worse providers... I have ever know

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello Friends, I am writing this very transparently. I am using Spectra since more than 2-3 years. But the experience I got was very bad. Most of the time it is not working, frequent disconnection, unplanned maintenance and over and above service engineers are not turning up to solve the problems. In my case my intercom cable was used to connect this broadband and no separate line were used. I have complained this issue but since last 2-3 weeks no person/technical team reverted on this part. Team Spectra if you want to grow this should not happen and this is totally unprofessional. With this I am going to change my internet service provider soon....Extremely BAD Service....I will not recommend anyone to use it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Worst performer in Wakad area. Since 7 Days my Link is down & even I had requested support team about my router issue, 20 Service requests were logged in last 7 Days which were closed saying issue resolved.
Seems Spectra team is least bothered about customer satisfaction & once sales is done they only follow up for money.
This provider is not even deserving 0.5 star. ABSOLUTELY NO TO this irresponsible so called HIGH speed service provider.
