Scheduled maintenance notification on registered mobile is available so that you can plan your work accordingly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a stable internet connection the never ever ever buy Nextra Broadband. It is the most unprofessional internet provider in India. They will scam you by taking money from you and will never give a connection on time, once you get the connection you cry & die to get internet, they have disconnection everyday. I really hate my country that we have no rights to take actions against such scammers. People wake up and abandon such companies forever else these companies will scam us again & again & again.
P.S. Nextra Broadband is the worth Internet Provider till date and they have the most useless customer service tea who will hang up on your face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Nextra Internet connection for last 2 months. Every other days there is network outrage and worst part is Nextra team is not even serious about resolving the issue.
Totally fed up with this service provider.

Customer care is paid only for canned response and raising a ticket..a job which can easily be replaced by an app. Unfortunately they don't believe in providing an app. Internet connection is available only for a few minutes or if you're lucky, a few hours in any given 24 hours period. If you call customer care you're told it will be fixed in 12 hours. If it gets fixed, be assured you will be required to call within few minutes to report another outage. On top of it, not only it is exorbitantly priced, you're tied to a plan for your life..Lol. New plans are half priced than old ones but customer care will tell you they cannot switch to a cheaper plan as it is only for new customers.
Customer care will even goto extent of saying you're lying about outage. If your connection goes down 5 times in a day, they will quote that it was working for entire day and only last offline time is used.
Writing this review after 3 months of horrible experience. And best comment I got from customer care is... It doesn't matter what i may post as review...their boss doesn't care ?
