Poor customer service. Internet speed is not constant. Sometimes internet speed drops very low. Situation has become worst in COVID-19 lockdown. I paid for 50mbps and I recieve no more than 15mbps on a good day. On a bad day I get 1mbps. Customer care and engineers have given up on the issue. There are no attempts to resolve issues. Standard response from customer service and engineers is to reboot the modem, which of course never helped me. I am using mobile internet for my office work even though I paid for 50mpbs broadband.

Worst ISP I have ever used. Internet is not working every 6-8 days in a month and the customer service number is never answered. They don't send a technician how much ever you insist your work getting hampered

Misdirected n miscommunication. I paid for a month service but later faced challenges after 3 days after multiple call technician visited and promised on new installation since I was shifting I planned on extending to later month. The agent promised on extending the connection for free. Now I’m been charged for installation n extra month subscription. Poor customer service. Miscommunication Recommend you not to take any chances.

The speeds are quite erratic and disconnections are quite frequent. Biggest issue is that they are very expensive for the quality they offer both in terms of speed and service. They have no system in place for conducting service calls. If you place a request with customer care you will have to end up calling technician yourself, who will say he is busy with other work and will never call back. They have nearly doubled their prices in the last 1 year and especially increased it drastically since lockdown. Very opportunistic.

I wish I would never have goen for this service. Pathetic service I ever saw. In the spam of 45 days thers were 8-10 techinical visits there was a fiber problem every 4-5 days. I had goen for the three month plan for the speed of 100. But I never got this speed. Call them after 6.30 and they are closed. Each time the problem occurred was in the later evening since we are working from home in the later evening shift there connection was a problem.I was on the verge of loosing my job. On 22 Aug it was very bad connection stopped working at 6am techinician visited and resolved the issue by 1.30 pm connection worked fine till 3.00 after that there was no connection worst service I kept calling them but in vain finally on 23 Aug I decided to switch to other provider Airtel I applied online for connection at 1pm and the connection wad fixed and working till 5pm and also they give 24x7 service. Please think two times before going for this service. It is a nightmare. I am claiming for the refund and if they deny I will approach consumer forum.

Worst Experience Ever. Even Mobile Data is faster than this broadband. Their Technician never receives the calls, Very unprofessional behavior. Everytime they give new reason for network issue. First they said your old router doesn't work. then I bought a new router. Still same issue. Then they have new reason as Upgrade/ rain/power issue bla bla .. Its been a month now and I am really frustrated.. They just make you fool. I have paid for the 6 months. I wish , I will get refund if they refuse then surely I will go to consumer court. Please do not get this service ever.

Worst broadband service with worst Employees. Since last 15 days my internet is not working. I brought 20mbps package it doesn't even open a website takes 15 mins to start YouTube video. Their technicians are mannerless people they will cut your call directly without listing your problem. I wasted my money and time. Even if will contact the customer service they will not help you. Every time they will tell you only one thing " It will get resolved in 20 min I have corrected this for you" but it never gets resolved.

Pathetic services, from past 2 months I’m getting a speed of barely 5-10 mbps after subscribing to a plan of 50 mbps plan. Their customer care service is unresponsive, they don’t care at all if you are having internet issues. All they will say is we will be sending the technician shortly but the technician never really arrives. I have been tired of calling and complaining to them but to no gain. Mobile internet is better than this stupid broadband service?. I would recommend to not buy their service at all. Pay some amount extra and get a decent service provider and not this joke of a provider.
