★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have no customer care, internet works normally well, but once its gone then there is nobody to help you, none of them will attend your call and start ignoring you.
Internet is not working from last 5 days, I have called both of them more then 200 times, sent them messaged..but all in vain...both of them are just ignoring calls....Most Pathetic service..

Speed is average. I have 2mbps plan but actually I dont get that speed.
Customer service is very poor. They dont even receive the call if you call them when broadband connection is not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once they get the money they won't even pick up the call, and will block your number, if they by chance they pick up your they will say they are coming in a hour but they never do. You could like buy a connection for a year and not get internet for half that time and you won't be able to do anything about it, cause they refuse to even talk to you. Its a sham company, do not fall for their words, they don't care, take other local brands for internet it would not only be cheaper at least it will work, not like this company. Its unbelievable they can run this scam and not get arrested, pls heed this warning and do not take their service if you value your money.
