★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever come across. We have been trying to chase them over a week and no rsponse from their end. luckily we could connect on thrusday and they mentioned that they will come and start the wi fi services, however they did not turned up. Post which we tried calling them no response again.Today when we called them luckily our call got answered and guess what reply we got- "Madam, we cant provide the services as it would require double bundle wire" although we have already shared the address and they committed that they cover that area, such a disgusting experience and unethical approach of providing customer services. Please be aware from them and do not fall prey to their fake commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and pathetic customer service! They don't give a damn about customer satisfaction. Most of the times the internet is dead, and when you try to call them to inform about the internet failure, their phones are busy. They do this on purpose by keeping the receiver of the telephone aside. This is how they avoid our calls!
I would have given it half a star! But unfortunately there is no provision for that??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using dvois Internet that SPEEDFAST provides and its big time flop. I have unlimited 10 mbps plan and half the time its either down or not working due to their technical issues. I use it for work purposes and would not recommend anyone to have it and undergo the turmoil of calling and requesting them to provide u the service they promise off!!. And to top ur woes they would cold heartedly turn off their phones... BINGO!!.. Its sad and pathetic but i am amused on myself for this decision.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Downtime is high and happens minimum twice a week. Only contact mode is by whatsapp and that too is turned off when major outage occurs. Old connections of my friends are working good but if you are looking for a new connection then find some other isp
