★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic service given ever in the history of broadband service provider. The internet speed is fine but the customer service is extremely poor. In the event of fault these engineers either switch off their phones or do not pickup the call. In the lockdown period they didnt even cared about responding to the customers or even recharging the exhausted service. Extremely unreliable. They even close the ticket though the issue has not been cleared.
Do not opt for this disastrous broadband. The address is too inaccessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ISP. Pathetic customer service. I complaint them so much time and every time they used to say 'Concerned team is looking into the issue'. When I tweeted about the issue to TRAI and DOT they issued the refund in one day. They've taken money from my friend and not providing services. Shameless..!!! Cheater..!! Attached is the technician and director contact details. Directly reach them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I wanted to log in early in the morning, there is no proper net service at all. Fibre optic is installed still we getting LOS and when we complain it regarding that, Before the Technicians reaches our home, we get the internet service so that the technicians could blame us for wasting their time. Even now there is no internet connection, I tried calling them in the office but, nobody picks ups. I have been a valuable customer of theirs since 5 years and I guess I have to start thinking about other ISPs.
