It has been 16th day connection not installed and also they not refunded money

Today is the 6th day and they are least concern about the customer calling them for the installation... The worst part is the customer service number is of no help I was on IVR for 1hr but no one picks the call.... We told them to refund our money still no calls or reply from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told us we will provide you with the connection and installation within 2 days.. they made us do the payment and its the 5th day we have not yet being provided with the connection.. they are giving us various reasons... And main is that "lockdown hai" no technicians... So why promise in the first place.. while doing the payment they were so nice and soon after they are just ingnoring our calls.. like it doesn't matter for them
