Everyday I call the reply I get is "your internet will be fix today itself"
Worst service.
DO NOT BE A HATHWAY CUSTOMER GO WITH SOME LOCAL INTERNET PROVIDER.

Never subscribe to their service. They don't have any customer care dept, You have to just log your complain on their website portal ... then will keep you waiting.
Third class service.

THe worst ISP ever, no customer care will respond to you and even luck by chance they pic up your call there only reason would be "kaam chalra hai sir!" and to be honest 'unka kaam 1 year se chalu'. I would strongly suggest you to go for local ISP coz they are better than this. I have 50mbps package and the speed i get is 3mbps download and 0.1mbps upload and that too on a very lucky day. SHUT DOWN YOUR SERVICE HATHWAY!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told me that I will get connection in 4 days and I have to pay money before connection. So I make the payment on 15 June 2020. And after the payment they said it will take 2 weeks to get connection. I immediately ask for refund. And it's been 3 months I didn't receive any refund. They also blocked my account and I am not able to call them. I got message that my query is resolved but I didn't receure any money. Bad company. Don't take it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service providers. They hardly pick your calls. Their numbers keep on changing and you'll be embarrassed whom to call. Kindly go for other Broadband Network. TEAMNET would be a better option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is 7th February 2022 and on 22 January 2022 i had taken Hathway wifi connection in Kalyan East, since then i have been facing low Internet speed and very weak signal strength. Lodged several complaints but nothing has been done till date. Earlier i have used Tikona wifi services and was disappointed with it but Hathway turned out to be worse, just a brand name with poor service. I am not able to even raise a complain through their app, it always says the server is down, the app never took my complaints?
