Very bad experience.
toll free nos always busy.
No response about cheque clearance. always have to see branch manager. otherwise no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst worst experienced bank ever though i dont have account of my own but need to visit with my grandmom for her pension.
Pensioner dont have special counter for them to withdraw their pension as an elderly aged person at their age of 80's has to stand in queue for f****** long 1hour...
Staff working here is rude at their best and they treat everyone like they are just doing favor on all bank account holder....
Cashier at cash counter takes atleast 20mins for one of each account holder to do their bank transactions....
Very very very slow service....

Quick description :
-Bank offers the worst service that one could ever imagine. As it is a 'Nationalised' bank, they are least concerned about the service.
Only two counters are working and the crowd is ten times the more. One has to stand in the queue for an hour or more, only to deposit money to his account.
-Condition gets even worse when Old pensioners has to stand in the same queue for hours, as there is no special counter for them.
HIGHLY "NOT" RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Half of the time their machine doesn't work and half time they face network issues. When you ask them when the service will resume, they say we don't know.. "network nhi ahe tar amhi Kay karu" was the reply. I don't know who is responsible for their network and service if they are not.. the worst part is nobody else asked questions and people were standing in the queue for more than 1 hr.

& its almost 5 times bigger than its previous location.
The staff is Helpful.
But the BOI android app is USELESS. Don't use it
