★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff itself doesn't knows processes. We just visited to submit my grandfather's life certificate and were told you have to go to the home branch. Attached is what union Bank says. Totally uneducated staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the bank is changed its location & the new address isn't available on net. Secondly, management is slow, you may see how old pensioners are waiting for long. Overall, it is easy to open the account & deposit the money but difficult to withdraw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good people working here, very helpful, working hours are 1030 till 1630. Makes it super convenient. Be careful of the parking boards outside the bank though. You can park your vehicle only on even numbered dates. The bank is good with all the modern and electric banking facilities. Government recognized bank so less chances of it going belly up.
