★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Very unstable connection
2. Speed lower than plan(I Have BSNL Fiber at my other house and it always provides more speed than plan)(Now Mostly Fixed as of 08-02-22 , Now they provide the speed as per the plan with +- 5 Mbps)
3. No Customer care . Those numbers and email on there website simply do not work.(Now Fixed as of 08-02-22 But Customer care has no work , they keep reverting to local providers for basic things like email id change)
4. Higher price and no receipt(Since as of 08-02-22 Its Online , Price is Transparent but Still I do not Get Receipt)
5. No Online Payment Portal- The payment portal on their website do not work . Even that site has no SSL . During covid this issue is huge.(Now Fixed as of 08-02-22)
6. Shady Staff . Do not respond to calls always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so satisfying result...price is more but speed not enough ...Jio fibre broadband is far batter than speednet brodeband.....this harsh reality of this..wifi call is not include that ...and net speed not worth it...so not recommended at all ...Thank you ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service provider it is. Don't waist your money by taking this internet service. Service provider don't reply at all. Don't even to pick up calls.After calling at customer care number all time they have only one answer this fault is not from our side, it is your local provider's problem or Fault.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a good broadband service in low price, I can say Speednet is the best, I am using Speednet from last 2 years and I have faced a little bit of connection error,like there is no connection error. So I can say go ahead with Speednet broadband. This is the budget broadband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am doing recharge of 60Mbps... bit they usually provide less than 30 Mbps... which is not fare at all... they are cutting the connection after the date expires in time but don't ever provide the perfect speed never... Today they are proving 12Mbps.... I dont want to give a single star... Disappointing network.
