★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for shopping daily essentials. Huge collection of items. They need to work on housekeeping to improve the appearance of the shop. They do Sell Wines, Alcohol, Beer etc. They have very good collection of it. You name it and it's there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most interesting things about this place is that you get liquor. Black monk, bira,kingfisher,background,whisky,rum,etc. And liquor shop is opened till 11 pm. And liquor shop is close on Thursday. And also you get all types of groceries product like milk,vegetable,rice,dal,noodles etc. Also cosmetics, icecream , bedsheets,pillow,utensil,etc. Also beautiful gals ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As other reviewers have also pointed out, many things are wrong with this outlet, and it always has been ever since it opened (have been a regular customer since the beginning):
1) Cramped and suffocating: They have too many products for the space they have.
2) Unorganised: No matter when you go, there are always large boxes and carts kept in the aisles. There are ladders, and even products strewn on the floor. Absolute mess.
3) Absent staff: I have had several experiences, especially at the fish and meat counter, where I have had to wait for 10-15 minutes for someone to come and hand over the meat etc. Even in the aisles, it's hard to come across staff members who can help with looking for a product that you want etc.
4) Dirty: As noted in point 2, the store is extremely messy and unorganised and always in a state of chaos. The floors are also stained and dirty.
5) Slow billing process: This store always gets a lot of customers but they do not assign enough staff members to the billing counter and therefore the process is often excruciatingly slow. Plus, due to the excessive number of products they have dumped in their store, there is not much space to stand in line near the billing counter, thus enhancing the suffocating and claustrophobic nature of the experience.
I could go on and on about this store, but these are the 5 major issues I have faced. As a regular customer ever since it opened, it's disappointing to see how they take advantage of the fact that there aren't any supermarkets nearby, and therefore make no efforts to improve conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly maintained, Staffs are absolutely not bothered about the condition which customers are facing while doing any shopping inside. They are only bothered about certain portions. Entire Spencer Upohar is in mess... Sharing some pictures , but I am sure Spencer retail is also not bothered about it. It's time to move away from Spencer now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is small, but it has most of the items. The staff can be little more professional. What was surprising is that some one kept baskets near cash counter, went to get more items and claim that she was in line. May be next time I will basket in cash line just after entering the store.
