★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never asked for a proper history of my injury. Set me up for advanced training for an entire month. Never asked if I smoked or not, and forcely made me not take proper rest between exercises as I couldnt even breath. Not proper testing done for my injury, before planning out treatment plan. Claimed they help in injuries. Even over a trainer saying he was doctor despite not being one.
Just read your reply and no thanks I'd rather not waste anymore of my time and money discussing something you need to fix about your business. Ask people who have worked in professional clinical setting, I would never in a million years run it the way you have :) Stop asking me to come meet in person. Good day and bye and thank you for the kindness you've shown towards me :)
Also perhaps pick up a book or 2 about human psychology, might help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to do ur workout. Open space feels good to be there. Kirat Sir is a great physio. It's a good place to have fun.. There's turf so like when we are done with our workout we just play games etc.. The environment is perfect to workout there ?

Properly sanitised.
Love the place for its “No fancy stuff just hardcore dedicated workout patterns” policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Facilities I’ve ever encountered. The best place for any athlete to develop no matter what sport they play. The coaches there are extremely helpful and make sure you receive the best treatment. The workout sessions that are conducted Are never repeated so you end up doing something new everyday. Although spiritual fitness is a business, the staff, coaches, etc treat you like family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location with proper sanitation and good equipments with timely upgrades. Coaches are professional and friendly, and do a great job with the members and non-members as well. Rates are reasonable and worthy.
The whole mechanism-based training of the body’s strength and conditioning makes this place different from the regular gyms in town.
The ambience is quite welcoming and weather-adjustable.
Overall if you’re looking for fitness with proper knowledge and insight into your body, this is your go-to place.??
