The whole customer base is well divided throughout the day so you will rarely find yourself waiting to use a machine. The trainers are are knowledgeable and stand by to support almost throughout the day.

I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. They provide most importantly the same group of quality trainers. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.

The overall vibe is great, awesome music which motivates the participants for workout. It's a complete clean gym and I had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been two year I am a member of Air fitness, so writing this review after my experience at this gym..by far this is one of the best gym in Kondhwa. It’s easy to locate and trainers are super nice specially Shashi sir, no matter if you are just starting or have exp doing it already he will help you to correct your workouts. they take good care of hygiene and cleanliness. Hours are flexible so good for working professionals.. I highly recommend this gym. Go for it!!
