I started training under him for a month now post ACL surgery. To this I was a bit sceptical initially but after a month of training I feel more confident and stronger which no other gym or physio could advise me. I am extremely motivated and happy to train under him.

I have been gym training since last 25 years & Ajay happens to be the best trainer I have met till date.Extremely professional, well versed, disciplined & a very nice person. Since I started a year back I didn't miss a single session & work out every day with him.He does body comp every month prescribes proteins, supplements & guides you with all health related issues. He is extremely scientific & has variety of exercises which makes workout extremely enjoyable. I wish him all the best & would like people to take advantage of his fitness expertise to lead a happy & healthy life.Good luck.

I have known Ajay for over 2 years. I have trained with a few celebrity Personal trainers in past as well but by far Ajay is the best in my experience. Ajay is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He understands the science of human body like a doctor or physio does. He is in fact an Engineer by educational qualification but opted for this field of personal training as he always loved health & fitness and I think that's says a lot about his passion as a professional which is so rare these days. He himself has participated & won several body building competitions. He has always been punctual for sessions. He knows the strengths and weaknesses of each of his member and plans the training module accordingly. He also understands great deal about medical, nutrition and sports fitness. The stretches he gives at the end of every session is like a dessert after a great meal :)...Even on days when I am in low spirits, he tries his best to keep me engaged during the sessions. Overall I look forward to that one hour of training and stretches with him every day which gives me such a positive start to my days.

Since I started PT sessions with Ajay , so fantastic at motivating me to do give my best in every workout. My energy level is really good and I feel that my fitness level is getting stronger by the week! I always have such a great workout with tonnes of laughter which in turn makes the workout seem really short!! I highly recommend him for PT and he will ensure that you achieve your fitness goals plus he will educate you about diet and workout.
