★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must be polite while telling something to anyone. Not always we need escalations in life, your employee represent your company! Having a polite and gentle nature can let you win arguments or better don’t talk ?. Everything else done to the car is fine but not much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the name suggests, it is truly a SPOT service with quick response and prompt service. I got my VW Polo serviced, and all this was scheduled and done promptly. Special care from the owners to get the work done quickly and to provide a great customer service. Thumps Up!!
My note to SPOT service is to make available service receipt or invoice, so that customer has a record of when service was done (useful to maintain a record).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. After servicing my Celerio the performance has become even worse. Do not use these services. And I think the reviews are Fake, they are bought. Don't trust them. I am not even sure if they changed the Engine oil which they have charged me for. They promised Doorstep service, then later said sorry we wont be able to provide it.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their door step services for my two wheelers and had a good experience. They will be upfront about what will be included in servicing. Oil other any charges will be excluded. I baught their package deal and it turned out pretty cost effective. Only additional thing I am expecting more is washing of vehicle which obviously may not be possible in door step servicing. So if you set the expectations right thene it was overall satisfactory experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fake people.they gave me 700 rs coupan and said the service will be free but they charged me 4000 rs later.. the reviews are totally fake do not suggest for servicing..I am not sure if they even changed the oils in my car.Thecar was fully dirty after servicing and when I asked them to clean it again they are not picking the phone.Fake people .Do not give your vechiles to them.
