The staff working with them needs very little supervision and have a good eye when giving specific suggestion. Shailender does an amazing job in understanding customer need and puts on the table all option available on the table so the customer can have an informed decision. He doesn't favour any specific brand to get higher commission. His collection is huge and variety is nice. I will highly recommend him.
