★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building seems like very old, not even maintained properly. Even more parking is also confusing. Sometimes you unable to find the lifts. No sign boards. Very bad User experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the Nirvana Country, almost neglected place as you will find hard time reaching here, even google will left you baffled as it shows the entry of the complex from extension road whereas it's entry is actually from Nirvana inside the township.
There are absolutely no road as the only one access probably was built years ago and now has become an adventurous and bumpy one to keep you awake while driving to this place.
Again people and company has lowered their interest in this place as they have choosen to move out and no new moving in shows it's time is over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ commercial space from Unitech, but not trendy and very great place to have office... not very approachable in case you want to setup some business wherein you need footfall... its a no... as always maintenance is not that great.. but right now parking is not an issue...
