★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was living in G005. Worst place....Never take room on ground floor here. No water comes at all. There was a problem of clogged pipes but owner never ever cared. He just want money. Owner is too much greedy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is near to all major IT parks. Walkable distance to ecospace , ecoworld, flipkart etc. There are schools , hospital , supermarkets near to it . To say it’s in a best locality. About water problems mentioned here , not much water issues compared to other areas in Bangalore. If in case water supply is interrupted they manage to arrange for alternative asap. There is power backup, gym, party hall, and security available. overall it was good experience staying there.
