★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived in Flat 224 (Tower 2) for 3 years.
Pros:
- Nice place to live and well maintained society.
- Great neighbors
- Society's plumber, electrician, and security guards, and manager are nice and get the job done promptly. Manager does his best to help the residents and proactive.
- Cauvery water !
- Close to Sakra and walking distance to nearby techparks.
- DG covers everything (including ACs/Washing machines etc which was great)
Cons (for Tower 2):
- Foul smell from the drain on the road opposite to Tower 2(society can't do much).
- There is a basketball court and children's play area right opposite to tower 2. The sound from basket ball dribbling resounds into the apartment which is a huge disadvantage for the flat.
- Flat 224 is managed by a property management company Propdail and the tenant is responsible for everything (electrical items (ACCL/fans/lights/blown fuses/plumbing etc). So watch out for marked up move out costs for painting/cleaning/service charges + GST.
- Society Move out charges were 3.5K.

One may feel like living in a resort right in the middle of busy ORR. A world class techparkes, restaurants, public transports, hospital next to few yards makes it an ideal retirement home too. Very nice degine by reputed builder
