★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apt place to learn meditation.. U need to take 3 sitting for 3 continues days from one of the tutor available there. Then u can practice it at home. If possible u can attend group meditation on Sunday and Wednesday. After taking 3 sitting u will have to take a sitting once in every week for betterment of your meditation path.
