★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst customer service ever . Today we went to buy a gold for my wife after the chit completion . I have received the mail stating all the payments received and you can come and purchase and when we went to buy today they are asking for the chit paper . During our selection of necklace we asked the staff to verify the same and confirm . They checked that and confirmed all the chit payment received . I really don’t understand the purpose of that chit card which they gave during starting . I was ready to sign a chit closure letter also but they refused . It is really horrible . It may be the last chit I will do with SKTM . If you do this kind customer Service during this competitive market then it is tough time for SKTM to survive .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely worst customer service!!! Worst gold shopping experience ever! Had been there for the first time and design wise felt okay and was ready to buy. Selected a pendent and got the estimate which is around only 3 grams for which i had to pay a wastage of 25% which is approximately price of 1 gram gold. Seriously got irritated and was expecting manager of the hosur store to come and explain regarding this. We said we are not gonna buy this as this wastage is too much. But no one tried to explain and they seemed less bothered about our purchase. I am not gonna suggest sri kumaran jewellers to anyone and here i would like to tell everyone.. please don't go. High waste of time and money. Disgusting customer service by the staffs. They hesitate to show designs. Disgusting

Purchased jewellery has damaged with in 40 days of time, explanation given by them is we will give only exchanging value, don't waste money here.
Customer service perosns are not ready to sort out the things , B.M is not at all minding what going around him and he is not bothering about customers problems.
Hosur branch is very worst in quality as well as service
