★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been buying sweets from this shop for ages, but the new staff at the SN Banerjee Branch are extremely rude, ill-mannered and unprofessional. One of your staffs gave me torn notes and when I asked him to exchange the same, he shouted on me stating that it was my fault that I didn't give him change. We are paying money for the things we are buying, we are not taking things for free. Why do the staff has to behave as if he is doing a favour on customers?
Sri Gopal Mistanna Bhandar must have expanded its business all over Kolkata, but the professional attitude is deteriorating and the customer valuation seems to be going to the dogs.
Utterly Ridiculous Experience.
