★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst! when i moved here he kept complaining that the other tenants treat him badly. Later i realized why they do so! Had to fight for his pan number for hra purpose. Maintains the house in a bad condition. Gets the worst workmen to handle the apartment issues. in the end when i decided to move, had to fight to get my advance money back.
There are a lot of better places in this locality. Stay away from this person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this place. The owner is a vicious garbage of a human being who has no regard for anyone. Ask any tenant living here and they will have the same feedback. He has no respect for anyone, no integrity nothing. You can never trust his words. Get everything in writing and even then he will create issues. All of the tenants had to fight with him to get their advance back during vacating. He collects maintenance money and gets the slum kids nearby to clean and paint the place for a pittance. He will try to fleece you every chance he gets. Its not worth the headache.
