I am expecting to take one more house in white woods only I may take shortly

β β β β β Sales guy Naresh is very rude and he doesn't know to handle the customer. He is not ready to give the details we need. He just stick to details what already written in the document. We had been to finalise the property, due to his attitude we changed our mind. Dear Naresh please learn how to talk with customer, you are hired to give us the details so learn to do ur job. We are not buying vegetables to come n just buy we spend lakhs of rupees so we have rights to know all the details we want.

β β β β β It's a wonderful property, very good location and it had all amenities. The quality of construction is very good and also best in market price.
Especially their sales team ( Mr Naresh Reddy) is very helpful and informative.
They had a very good experience in terms of property explanation and patiently answered all queries and help to choose the best property unit.
He also help to make smooth process for loan and price payment to make win the customer confidence.

β β β β β I have bought a 2BHK in whitewoods wing 1 in Sep 2021. I really liked the quality of construction. Mr. Naresh in Marketing is polite and listens to customers before making a statement. The possession of the flat is end of march 2022. Hopefully the flat registrations would start asap. Once the handover is done, I would give my complete review.
I would recommend others to consider buying a flat here due to the quality of construction , the amenities it possess as well as the natural beauty surrounding the location.

β β β β β Hi Guys, all the google review about that fellow guy Naresh are true. Today I visited to that property I liked one of the 3bhk which earlier sales guy told that it is already 90% confirm.
The same thing told by Naresh the way you will feel like Naresh don't wanted to sell the property to you. Very bad way speaking. I don't know even after that much negetive review about that person how the builder is not removing him.

I am sure you will realise if you get a time to read all the reviews given by other people which is 90% positive feedback.You have mentioned very clearly in your review that sales guy told whatever 3bhk u liked is 90%confirmed by other one which is 100% correct.I am the one who has booked that flat and submitted the form as well.I have to pay the booking fee today but couldn't due to my son is not well ,I called Naresh and explained the situation which he understood and agreed.
I would request everyone please dont go with false reviews and take the decision about Naresh.He is polite and very informative. He is trustworthy person and listens to customer before making a statement. I am sure you will also realise with my comments when u talk with him.
