★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I simply say bad hostal they don't how to treat guests and all & if u ask anything and they are saying owner is not allowed..
For example if you want eat one extra puri they don't accept nd no non veg in these hostal nd no self cook option

Note to PG Boss : (I Don't know him) Please kindly share all rules of PG on our Whatsapp numbers. Please include each and every minor Rule like from where to seat for having Lunch or Dinner to what not to do. It is very much appreciated.
I was very Happy upto 4 months. I only clicked the pics of serving food shared among friends and family told them that I got very Good PG.
But today's incident happened with me changed my complete opinion about the PG.
The person with Black may be Manager, he don't have manners. atleast he should know how to speak with someone politely.
This person speaks vulgar language with a boy who works here in front of Girls, he came from so long just to earn money for survival. If a person working under you means he is not your property so that you can speaks vulgar language , He is also a Person he also has his respect as everyone have.
If you are a North Indian, Please don't get entry in this PG as We North Indians are wants to live in a peace. Here almost all South Indians people stay and we don't like their food except Breakfast. These people serve daily same menu except only curry, and same Breakfast everyday. And the cost of food is very much high in the name of Quality. And most important is if you defy any rule they will directly throw your bag out.
If you want to stay in respectfulness environment please don't join this PG, or else you will get hurted by one or other.
AND these people don't provide any Kind of rent paid receipt and doesn't accept online payment so that we don't have any proof of rent paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located just near the Mezza9, the PG is clean and providing great hospitality.The staff are very friendly and serving at the best.
I have changed three PGs and joined here, all are providing all below facilities and quality is missing in PGs where I live earlier. This PG providing almost every facilities at the best quality.
Highlights:
Food - very good
Staff - very good
Cleaning - Good
Washing machine & geyser etc - Very good
Low Lights:
Have some rules =>Healthy rules ( WHICH ARE must needed for youngsters in this generation)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay. Good facility with best homely Andhra food. Rooms are good ventilated & brand new. Best PG for men in this area. Owner & team are very helpful; just feel like you stay with your family members...!!??
Very much accessible to Phase I, Phase II & Phase III & XION mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, I will never come back to this PG anymore. First of all, service was ridiculous.Every one acting as owners. I asked everything in very polite way but they are very rude and talking bad words. Secondly, they charge extra money for extra food which was disgusting.Every day same items and routine food. Thirdly, service was very bad and rude. If you can’t train your staffs properly how you gonna run your business properly????? I mean so many competitive PG around the area you should really consider about training your building maintenance staffs properly first .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ! No non veg ! and also worst rules in this PG !!Worst PG in pune !! Fraud management they will loot our money at the time of releasing vacate in unnecessary rules & didn't refund our money. Please dont join this PG (2 years experience review).
