★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Devina and living here in from alomost one year. The pg is neat and clean and very well maintained. Pg has generator so there is no issue when there is no electricity. The pg arranged the maid service so they clean the room and washroom regularly. The pg is right opposite to Pheonix marketcity and VR mall so you are well connected to the market. The landlords are generous and always ready to help. They provide good breakfast, lunch and dinner too. They have common facilities like washing machine, kitchen and refineries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't recommend this to anyone.. seriously worst pg I've stayed in. The owners are the most arrogant people I've known, they won't let you stay in peace. Most of the things that they claim they will be providing doesn't work most of the time.. be it power backup, hot water, tv, lift. If you want a pleasant stay... avoid this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable pg and worth for monthly rent . PG owner is very kind. Facilities are good ...they provide 3 time food and other facilities like WiFi ,washing machine.hot water for bath,TV per each room. Highly recommended.
