★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably worst... they only care about their money but not their customers. My experience was awful. They litterally left a mom and her two children on highway asking her to walk.
Tried calling the bus company and they dont even responded to the calls.

Yesterday at 9.30 boarded the bus but still it's not reached.we are at Vizag still.staff behaviour is worst very unparliamentary language they are using.and another pitiest thing is they are doing ticket servicing without bothering about the passengers

Yesterday night 10.30. Travelling in Sri kakatiya Bus travels from Srikakulam to Hyderabad
The accident has taken place when the bus was traveling from Srikakulam to Hyderabad. As per locals, there were 40 passengers on the bus. The bus front part has been completely damaged in the incident. As the accident happened in the yesterday night, the locals have rushed to the spot and rescued the injured some passengers.
The Rural police have booked the case.

Rude Behaviour of Management & Drivers.
I have travelled on this bus once.
I observed that, drivers are collecting extra amount from the passengers for small baggages also.
If passengers are not ready to give extra money, drivers are asked to get down from the bus. Waste choice to this bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travels. They say one price over phone and before travel while collecting tickets they increase fare and leave us no choice. And when we question them they speak about ethics and at end they will leave no choice to customer. Also blankets n bus unclean. Very worst sleeper (machilipatnam to hyderabad) i have travelled. My suggestion is better go for other travels instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanna give 0 rating. The worst travels. I don't recommend it anybody bcoz They don't have punctuality. Yesterday I have started in vizag at 9:30pm to come Hyderabad.and it supposed to be there in hyd by 10am but now its 2pm still I'm in bus and just now entered into Hyderabad. Even the drivers are very rude to answer. Don't go for it.

I taken another travel support for bus driver details so I am very dissatisfied and suffering from 1hour at road side with family ... At boarding point I am waiting 11/2 hour with family and bus is very dirty ¬ safe for journey so I am not recommended for safe journey so please don't book your ticket this travel
Note : I am totally very dissatisfied
