★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son booked an appointment for my grand daughter today 11.02.2019 at about 3.30pm. We received a message through just dial that appointment is booked for 6.30 pm today, but confirmation to be received from the doctor for appointment. When we went to the clinic at 6.20pm the receptionist so rudely told that all appointments are over and no more appointments available. If such is the case why this booking through just dial. They have also given Appointment Id. DRK4M8Z3. The receptionist is so rude that she did not even consult the doctor and asked us to wait. She bluntly told us that doctor will not see the patient today. The patient is a 3 and half years old girl kid. Kumaraswamy. RR nagar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience we had here today. My daughter was suffering from decentry , she went 8 times from morning. In evening it was seviour. Our doctor was in bsk so thought to visit nearby. But when reached to this clinic poorna at 8 the reciptionist told we can't take appointment and I have to come at 8.30 and when I came at 8.30 she told me that my appointment is at 8.45 hence i have to give 500. I came with my mom and my daughter and we were just amazed by the behaviour of recepsreceptand a male person who I think is doctor husband, He too voilently said u have to wait untill all appointments are over , even though I told the seviority of sickness of my daughter. We went to our family doc from RR nagarto bsk at 10pm. I suggest they should know some humanity before earning money. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lakshmi is a very nice and experienced doctor. She makes the children comfortable before anthying . She gives enough time to clear all our doubts at once before leaving the room. The medicines she prescribes helps in speedy recovery though they are mild .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Lakshmi has seen both my children from infancy till now. She is one of the best doctors and my children feel so comfortable with her as if she's a friend of theirs. She is always available and there are so many times when we've messaged her in the middle of the night about a worryng condition and she has responded back with what to do.
Truly a wonderful person who even after seeing patients the whole day has a smile on her face for even the patient who has come without an appointment at the very end of her shift late at night 10pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is perfect, treatment is gud. But timings and receptionists behavior and appointment timings are not gud. However if we want gud treatment for our kids have to bear all these.
