★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Saturday 26/03/2022 i was admitted in atreum Hospital RR nagar. For food poison when i got discharge they charge me for 2 cannula insertion but actually they make only 1 cannula they make fake bills and when i ask the consent person his attitude was rude so please aware of them. They make fake bills. And very poor hospitality service.

Dr. Arjun and Dr.Harish Have been very kind and co-operative throughout. Dr. Sujata has been very kind and explains everything like a friend. Duty doctors , Manu , vernita and other nurses have been very supportive and kind. Support stay was also good.

This hospital does not know the meaning of Emergency, we waited for a doctor in emergency for 15 mins and nurses did not know what to do, post which we had to go to Reception to remind them there are no doctors @ emergency and after 5 mins a Lady doctor comes and starts taking decisions without asking what the emergency is all about. we had to stop them in the middle and called another doctor to say the issue and a abdominal scan was done, however the scanning machine had a problem and was showing wrong outcome. post which The Lady Doctor was so senseless and asked us to get admitted without giving clear details.. felt very insecure and we told we wanted to think about it as things were not going in a right way, suddenly they stopped all treatment bluntly and did not even bother about the patient and got busy with their own chit chat.
Later we left and went to other hospital/doctor and our issues were dealt with great care and we never had to get admitted.
Please do not approach this hospital looking at the good reviews. You can buy reviews in these times.
Do your research, Majority of the in-house doctors do not make sense other than talking sweetly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what to say. Kept telling the emergency doctor about the issue but she was in her own world and assumed what ever she wanted. However the abdominal scan was done and they reported it as TVU scan. We went to the reception for billing, they charged 1.4k which was 1.2k the previous evening when we got the same scan done. When we questioned them, they said - okay you pay 1.2k then...What was that??
Low quality equipments and an emergency area which looks like a haunted place...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I consulted with Dr. Mamatha harish mam for my pregnancy and delivery. It was a very pleasant experience. She was always very supportive and encouraging. She was always calm and cool about any issue and would explain well in detail and never pressurised me with anything. I had a perfectly healthy baby boy.
As for the staff, they were always very friendly and helpful with whatever I needed at any point of time.
My overall experience was very good at The Atrium specialist hospital. I always cherish those memories of the most important phase in my life.

My parents were admitted due to covid 19 in a critical stage and I must thank for the wonderful treatment we have received, right from reception to medical staffs everyone are truly doing their duties with all responsibility with utmost care. Amazing team work. Thanks a lot for treatment for the speedy recovery of my parents.
