★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fairly new apartment with no fancy amenities, apt for families/individuals who are just looking for a good space for themselves.
Has rain water harvesting, Kaveri supply, which means that tanker water is not required. With 5 floors, there are only 8 apartments which means that there isn't much of a strain on water resources. There is no power back-up but with a apartment like this, it is best to install own back-up and that will be budget friendly.
