★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst quality stone and even worst the customer service we are Furniture designer and exporter we bought expensive Italian stone from them the quality of stone was so bad that it got broken during lifting only
Another slab of stone was broken in front of the owner at his store also but he denied and clarification and blaming that we don’t know how to cut stone.
The stone was broken when the labour was lifting the slab not during cutting.
The owner refused to refund the money for the low quality product
I never recommend anybody to buy stone from this store
The owner lack business ethics and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt they have a nice collection but price they quote is much higher, compared to market prices, both in granite and tiles. If you visit Sri Sai Kripa without exploring prices of same brand tiles and granite , you will definitely end up spending almost 15-20% extra. Good thing is they keep on following up with their clients and eventually they come down to the actual price but one should explore other options before buying anything from them. Not at all happy with their unprofessional approach.
