On having asked for the discount on a set of diapers, I was told 15% and when I enquired if there's possibility for more as First Cry and other online vendors offers more, the staff said " I am an old staff here, what I said is final. Now the discount is 10%.
I asked him to keep the packet to himself and left.
A little politeness would have helped.
