★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying at a new property of this service for 1.5 months now - unfortunately I moved in just few days before COVID lockdown got announced. I asked at multiple times if it is okay to continue staying at the place. Right when the area came under red zone because of one case - I was told to move to this PG, even when I had refused to move to this one earlier. When I said no, they said there is no other option because they will shut down the place. Hotels weren't accepting without medical certificate even though I hadn't been outside at all for 1.5 months. Relatives friends etc will face issues because either restrictions got tighter in some places or appartment people would make an issue. Under these circumstances, luckily my employer helped me get a room in a hotel and now I'm safe. This goes against everything people should be doing right now. In Vijayawada rental agreements are not a thing and so legally I couldn't do anything about them deciding to ask to shift at 1 day notice. Very very dissappointed.

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE!
Very dissapointing. My friend was staying at this place when Covid lockdown got announced. There was no time to leave the place and the owners said she'll be taken care of. When the area became a red zone because of one case - They asked her to immediately move out(no warning given) because the costs were high due to shortage of guests. In a time when everyone is trying to help each other, the pg owners wanted to evict a female who was new to the city and whom they had reassured would be taken care of. It is disgusting to see that such people with no humanity exist.

When the area became a red zone because of one case - they asked her to immediately shift because the costs were high due to shortage of guests!!!
It's outrageous to say that to anyone who has been staying alone at a time like this and that too when women safety is always a concern in our country.
It was unbelievable how she was handled.
