★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!! T4 flat has the worst owner ever. I was the tenant there for almost a year. When I moved out, he refused to pay back the advance and used his friend named Girish who lives in the same building to verbally abuse us. Horrible experience.

The front side of the building is totally occupied with gates for easy entry/exit. Back has a gate for single person, with no provision to vehicles, adding extra safety.
The watchman is very helpful. If you enter with lot of luggage, he will come running to help you.
The Omega elevator with automatic doors will ease the visitor experience.
Each flat has an extra space left open to sky for breeze and ventilation.
Overall, it is an awesome place to live in.
