As an initiative of the Art of Living Foundation, Sri Sri Tattva Panchakarma benefits from the ageless wisdom and experience of helping people relieve stress and rediscover happiness in their life. Initiated by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to serve as a specialty centre of ancient Indian healing traditions, we also offer alternative cleansing therapies from around the world. Our treatment centre is a part of the sprawling Art of Living campus in Kanakapura, Bangalore. Accommodation lies within the centre and provides the perfect background for your energisation.
On offer are a wide range of wellness regimes as prescribed by ayurvedic practises. Rigorous detoxification, therapeutic massages, personalised diet and exercise programmes contribute towards building a lifestyle changing experience. The very first therapy session calmed me a lot. Subsequently, I consulted Dr Neeraj and under his guidance, followed a short detox and then 8 day Panchkarma along with the therapies and diet changes.
The therapies and the long consultations with the doctor helped me at many levels that I am finally able to stand on my own feet.
The team is very efficient and tuned to the patient's welfare, Dr Neeraj himself follows up regularly. I am very touched by the care and concern and the correct diagnosis. They do not push any treatments and in fact asked me to wait till I was fully ready for Panchkarma. Rare to find a non commercial holistic treatment place nowadays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Neeraj Jaiswal who I had contacted one month ago for my wife's treatment as she was suffering from severe cough and chest congestion. Even after taking anti-biotic coursed from other doctors in Dwarka there was no improvement in her condition. Dr. Neeraj after a patient listening prescribed 3 medicines to her which she started taking and to our wonder within a couple of days her condition started improving and now she is absolutely fine.
