Very Satisfactory Treatment and patient service. This was second surgery in my family, this time for my mom (1st one was mine) . Can't be more satisfied. Great Customer Service by All Nurses and Staff as well (Sumitra and Her Team). Always felt safe here.

It's a nice hospital, the doctors are good and the staffs are very cooperative ik it's Little expensive but it's worth it as ur treatment will be fast and as soon as possible , u can get ur any treatment here , they also provide vaccination it's not free of cost it's about 780 rupees but it's hassle-free no lines what so ever and as fast as u want it to be

I have come for the preventive health check up today i.e.11/2/2022 I am completely satisfied with the staff appointed there namely mam Inderpreet,Shalini and Amrita. Especially Mam Inderpreet is very humble, helpful and supportiveMam Anuradha looking after pantry isalso very nice.All of them together dnt make us feel that we are in hospital. We had our baby boy delivered here , having had our previous child in sir ganga ram hospital I have experience from both of them as well as smaller hospitals in the area like Kolmet and city hospital which are in vicinity, the staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. They keep on putting things on others and even basic level of help . expected from nurses felt like they were obliging us. This was in contrast to ganga ram where nurses and support staff were constantly checking on her and very helpful and caring. While other hospitals are promt in any requirement of new mother ,blk is short staffed or people don't care. Had to ask them atleast thrice even for basic things like helping new mother with washroom given that there are a lot of stitches post delivery. Nurses were chatting WHILE she was delivering the baby, this was the biggest reason for our dissatisfaction. 1) charges : both hospitals have similar charges however sir ganga ram is lower than BLK when taken all charges together , though the variance is not very high 2) doctor : we went to BLK because our doctor was based out of there , Dr. Laxmi Mantri is a fantastic doctor and was adamant on trying for normal delivery till it was safe to do so. Doctors are professional and knowledgeable. However Gangaram has much more senior and experienced doctors 3) facilities and infrastructure: infra of the hospital is good and comparable to any good hospital in Delhi 4)food : patient food is ok in both hospital , BLK has better cafeteria and both have a lot of food option just outside the hospital 5) connectivity : centrally located and close to metro , connectivity is good 6) testing and equipment: they have all equipments required for most of testing and number of equipment is also higher . Wait time is comparable to others but you can get all test done within the hospital itself. 7) Overall: seeing how uncaring and bureaucratic the staff is in putting things on someone else I wouldn't want to come back again unless I have no other option. I wouldn't recommend any of my family or friends to come here as well. Given the money they charge and the name I had heard I expected it to be better than other hospitals in the area, but unfortunately even when compared to smaller hospital in vicinity it is lacking. Edit : having spoken to the nurses post delivery I have been informed that there are three babies in ward today and they are short staffed because of that. Housekeeping was also better and more responsive today. Given this reason I have increased rating from 2 to 4, wanted to give 3.5 but that is not an option.

This hospital may have a good looking building but it's a totally commercial venture they don't have even a bit of concern for humanity or welfare of mankind The staff is almost rude and uncaring . Very poor communication among them .. Very casual and careless staff . Stay away from this hospital . No one wants to guide you properly .

I am writing this review after my father was admitted here for a duration of 8 days for a kidney infection and UTI that he was found to be suffering with. I took my father to the ER around 10 in the night and he was attended to immediately, although he wasn't given any kind of pain-killers or anything because his Covid reports were pending (which came in about an hour later). Post that, his ECG and blood tests were done and was given pain killers too as he was in a lot of pain. Eventually, he was shifted to the general ward where there were a total of 3 beds in one decently sized room. Overall, papa was taken care of in a very professional manner, but I've a few feedback pointers I want to mention: 1. During the night, the corridor just outside the patient rooms where the nursing department is, the nurses constantly keep chatting amongst themselves. I mean, constantly, even at 2am, 3am, 4am, 5am, it doesn't matter. I understand, it must be some important professional chatter, but I'd really appreciate if they can be atleast given some kind of training to keep their voices down as that would help the patient sleep. ? 2. It takes quite a lot of effort at times to ask for a request to be completed like cleaning of the beds, changing of patient clothes, etc. Ideally, it is done around 6:30am everyday, but during the latter days, they were pretty negligent about it. And I had to specifically go to the nursing department and ask them twice or thrice to kindly do the needful. 3. It is a very expensive hospital, which is to be expected, but ofcourse since this is a private hospital & a super-speciality one at that. So, just keep in mind, depending on what treatment you are advised and what tests are to be done, your final billing amount can easily cross the Rs.2L mark. Easily. 4. The bed rent where my father was, was Rs.6.5k per day, which is super expensive, but atleast then, I believe, the services shouldn't be requested for (bed cleaning, laundry change, etc.). Behave like a "super speciality" hospital, if you are one, please? Overall experience was satisfactory, but given just how super expensive BLK-Max is, it would go a long way in atleast taking care of the little things for patients' safety and comfort. ?
