The presiding deity at Varanasi is Lord Vishwanatha along with His consort Goddess Sri Vishalakshi. Kashi is also famed as one among the twelve Jyotirlinga Kshetras of yore.
There is an old adage which highlights the greatness of Varanasi which says “काश्यां हि मरणान्मुक्तिः“, there by– meaning any body who dies at Kashi attains Moksha instantly It is also one of the Moksha Dayika kshetras mentioned herein

Don't trust these useless reviews. I visited this place in Jan.
No hot water,
common pathetic bathrooms,
no neat rooms
no blankets.. it's just planning room..
Please don't visit if you are taking your is age parents.
