Adv : cleaned, pg owner is also good person. Good food. Wi-Fi works well, washing machine available.
Best suites for those who works in Divyashree technopark.
Disadv : outside city, difficult to live there if u don't know hindi or telugu, no kannada nor English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a long search I have visited this PG with half minded but its good stay for the first month. Later, nightmare started that food is not good. When we complained, it was not fixed and supportive for only specific community people. Later the issue was fixed after a month by changing the cook and original taste restored. Food is really awesome which made me to stay there for a long. Owner is really good, nice and cool person (Telugu guy). Ibarely spoke to him only 4 or 5 times and returned the money as per policy (its rare to see return money is bangalore) when I am vacated. He gained my trust and will recommend to join this PG. Food: Nothern & Southern Food available (Non Veg on Sunday Lunch or dinner) Morning - 7.30 AM - 9.00 AM Dinner - 7.00 PM - 10.00 PM (most of the time it closes at 9.30PM) breakfast : Poori channa, Idly, Dosa, Poha (not good all the time), Kitchadi, Noodles, Lemon rice (daily one dish) Dinner: White rice, dhal, sambar, roti, pickle, buttermilk is a routine dish for every alternate days and boiled egg for twice a week. PROS: Walkable distance from DTP (1.7kms), Vydeahi Bus stop (2km), nearest railway station is KR puram (15 kms), siddapura bus stop (2kms), Brookfield mall (3.5kms), Orbit mall (2.5 kms) Nice Food (it was bad for some weeks he changed the cook and its was awesome now), cleanliness (daily cleaning of toilet) Good Behavior of Owner (Syam), UPS backup for wifi, Fans and lights, TV Average Wifi connection speed & vehicle Parking is good All shops are nearby, supermarkets, tea shop, bakery, restaurant, ATM (Andra & HDFC in 100 mts) Rooms have adequate space if maintained properly (my room mates wont drink & smoke, so it was good) Area is good but some people say its a slum - it's not may be congested due to vehicles taking this road to avoid traffic. Cons: Neighbours nuisance (fighting every alternate day) Can park only 5 bikes inside premises Supportive of Northern community people occasionally. Travelling out station wil be an issue due to long distance either you need to take cab or rental bike. Northern people are shouting at the corridor in evenings (most of them understand the issue of night shift people and stopped playing at the corridor but few remain the same). Local peoples get in to your room without permission and ask for donation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The PG owner is fully business mind person and he is only concentrating on Money. He is not maintaining the PG properly. there is no proper hot water, hot water will come only fir 1 hour and he will turn off the hot water switch.
Have a lift for up to 4 Flores, but he will turn-off the lift and he is not allowing to turn-on again. We have to climb to 4th floor always.
There is no TV and Cable connection from past 2 Months and he is not considering even multiple reminders. for entire 4 floors we have only one Washing Machine and it will give electric shock when we want to use.
He main concentrate only on Monthly rent and Advance.
It is very bad experience for me and Worst maintenance.
