All corridors of the apartment is monitored by security cameras, beautiful garden, jogging track, swimming pool for children, play area, amphitheatre, gym, community hall, all plots are either east faced or north faced with ample air and light circulation, no common walls, rain water harvesting, sewage treatment plant, Kaveri drinking water to the apartment
