★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Mr. Shoaib. Mr. Shoaib is my first point of contact and I give full credit to him for the booking of my flat in Epitome Elan. I have disturbed Shoaib over phone a lot till I booked the flat but everytime he was very very courteous decent and patiently handled me and tried to keep watever request i made to him along with Mr. Ayub khan. I am from Kolkata and I have no idea of Bangaluru but shoaib was so nice to me that I never felt it is a different city where I am new. I searched and visited this single project and booked it and all because of Mr. Shoaib. I never saw or visited anyother project in Bangalore. I also thank Mr. Ayub Khan who is also very nice gentleman who patiently answered all my queries regarding the project and also to mention that Mr.khan has helped me a lot in all the steps of booking till date. I sincerely thank the team of Epitome Elan. I hope to have a very goodstay in Bangalore at Epitome Elan- one of the best upcoming projects in South Bangalore. I wish the Team Epitome Elan a very best in future. God bless you Shoaib, Mr Ayub Khan and all involved in the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for an apartment of 2 BHK with good amenities at the prime location, for myself and finally I decide to finalize with Epitome Elan after considering many of the A & B grade builders and apartments visited in Bangalore. I visited multiple properties which are under construction and ready to move properties with reputed builders but doest fulfill my requirements. I would definitely recommend this project to those who are looking to buy an apartment in South Bangalore with the quality and amenities of an A-grade builder, without any hesitation.
The most important part of our decision making was the professional approach from the Epitome team specially Vinita. It was Vinita at first who explained in great detail all the aspects of the project and she exactly understood our need which was of great help. She is very polite and professional leady and she know how to handle and approach to the customer. She is very patiently handle all your quarries and giving enough time to resolve it.
Mr. Ayub is a very professional and gentleman, he has explained each and every step from the beginning booking to till my legal and loan process; he answered all the minute details asked by us very patiently. Mr. Ayub has been diligently sending us the report on how the project has been progressing and having a strong feeling Epitome will complete the project on time.
Also the interaction with Syed Sir, very humble and down to earth personality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this property with my wife and brother on a Sunday (13-Mar-2022). The initial reception was all good and there was good gentleman who showed us the model flat and also the flats at the site.
We later met the sales person to understand the availability and pricing, this discussion was not a positive one.The person in a sales stature belittled other professions and was constantly saying high profile from top IT companies were in beeline to purchase this and his limited knowledge of house vaastu only worsened the conversation. It gave us a feeling that he was not interested to have a sale conversation with us and before i left i had asked him to send over the availability chart of the flats over email for me to review and revert for a discussion again , i haven't received the same yet. This stands testimony to my belief the sales person was wrong. I wasted my 2-3 hours with this engagement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Epitome Elan impressed us not only by the quality and design of the construction but also by the integrity and professional shown by Mr. Syed Hidayath, Mr Ayub and his entire team. We had visited a lot of projects in and around the area and were not at all happy but when Ms Vinita who promised to show us Epitome Elan, though skeptical we decided to visit the project. We loved the design, layout and quality of fittings and the desire of Mr Hidayath to create an outstanding project which deservingly won awards for best residential construction and also the most sustainable project. We booked the flat within a couple of days and are very happy and looking forward to possession. We thank Ms Vinita and wish Mr Hidayath and the entire team the very best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going through several projects in JP nagar, we finally ended up finding Epitome Elan as one of the best in quality project. Booked a 3BHK Flat in Epitome. The project is located on 80 feet road next to RVIT with elegant design, spacious and amenities of luxury class.
Mr Ayub is very cooperative and professional in his approach. He helped us in getting bank loan sanctioned and paper works too.
Great project with a great team. Happy to book a flat in Epitome Elan also referred few friends as I really impressed with the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came across this project in a property expo and decided to visit the project. We mainly interacted with Mrs Vinita and Mr Ayub in our initial meeting. The model house built there was reflecting the high standards and quality of the project , which totally influenced us to think on the lines of buying this.
We had multiple meetings with Mrs Vinita and Mr Ayub and they have been very kind and professional in resolving all our queries and understanding our requirements.
We were very impressed the way Mrs Vinita handled our case in a very professional way , yet with a personal touch. We finally decided to buy this property and there we had our dream home.

They mostly interacted with Vinita and AyubKhan, both were very friendly, welcoming and professional people. They explained every detail of the what they offered and helped with any number of queries my parents had without hesitation. Vinita was the first point of contact and she herself followed up many times over the phone. This shows interest and dedication to work.
My parents were also extremely happy with the build, the items and their quality, elegant design, spacious flats, amenities. It already gave a hint of luxury apartments within budgeted range.
I am thankful to the team for taking care of my parents as valued customers. Good to see people in this day deliver what they promise.

Our journey started with Ms. Vinita who helped us get a clear understanding of the project and endured our multiple visits to the site. Mr Ayub helped us understand the complete process and clear all our doubts no matter how many. The entire team is very patient and helpful.
The project is very well planned. Has good amenities and high quality specs. The model flat is by far the best we have visited. The carpet area is also higher compared to any other flat. Overall, it was an easy decision to make because of the project, it's quality and the superior customer experience with the team.
