★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the main road clearly visible . Bus stop in feont of the gate. Some of the apartments do not have light passing in. Rooms are very dinge. Multiple owners involved so you can bargain your way in to get the best deal. Parking for visitors was a concern.

1.Located on the Hosur high ways right in front of BMTC bus stop
2.Metro station coming up nearby
3.More mega mart is in walkable distance
4. Walking track around the apartment
Cons:
1.Lot of monkey living in this apartment and they will make your life miserable. You cannot just lock your flat and go out.Anytime they can enter and make a mess
2.For some of the flats in the right side the noise pollution caused by KIA showroom & service center is a problem everyday morning 8am till 9pm
3. Parking spaces are not same in size for all the flats. Randomly spaces were allocated. Difficult to park sedans and SUV in many parking lots
