No cleaning, bad smell, on bus bed's r not good to sleep, staff is not responding for passenger complaints, rude behaviour with passengers,
I did not recommended this travels for anyone

As I am staying in hosur(Tamil Nadu) travelling used to be a problem for catching a bus to Vijayawada but once I got to know this service which runs from 7km away from hosur. It has been hastle free
