I had given token money for a house under construction which was almost ready in the month of January and the broker- Mr. Karthick Reddy told me that the house will be ready to shifted by 1st March.Also,now they have taken the security deposit worth Rs. 50000/-from me for which i have their receipts but they have not given the money to the owner of the rented building. Now its 3rd March and the brokers are also not responding to my calls or messages and i still have not been shifted to the house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy is a fraud. You won’t get back your deposit money. He will convince you to vacate the house with his sugar coated words and keep the payment for future date. Suppose if you have given 50k as advance and kept the house clean without any small damage even then you don’t expect he will give you back at least 10k.
So stay away from this kind of frauds. Because I have already experienced this.
