★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience at this store was great... Good and professional service with good workmanship. However, it changed the second time around due to rude and unpleasant behaviour of one of the proprietors there, also their designer. So I would not recommend this store... As the service is unpredictable... And jewellery shopping is mea the to be pleasurable, not fraught with rudeness and u pleasantness, as unfortunately the proprietor believes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have absolutely no return policy on the silver jewelry. When they sell it to you, they don't mention, in fact they tell you that you can exchange. Most if not all jewelers exchange but unfortunately - the Mauve Unit which is their silver store does not. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional and seems to be a fraud company. I have knowledge about jewelry and diamonds myself because of my family background, hence I can tell you this is same breath.. Few years back my wife bought diamond jewelry from them. I got it checked from other jeweller and he quated the price way to less than what I had paid to srishti jeweller. When I went back to Srishti Jeweller asking them to buy back the same jewelry which I had bought from them, they refused it and said you can only exchange and and can not sell it.. This goes to show that Srishti Jeweller is a big time fraud.. Please do your homework well in advance before buying any diamond jewelry from them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with their Silver jewelry store was very disappointing, no exchange policy which is written in very very fine print at the bottom of the receipt. When I bought it I was told I could exchange it, I would get one free polish...the entire sales pitch. Unfortunately that's not the case, I even said I would buy from their gold store in exchange which would require me spending easily three times the amount or more but a flat NO was the reply. For a fine jewelry store, definitely not the customer service you expect. All jewelers offer exchange on gold and silver jewelry but Shristi is an exception. Instead of trying to retain a valuable customer they have definitely lost one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked them for details about rings and stones for an engagement ring. They acted snobbish and rude and didn't educate me, a person who knew nothing about jewelry.
With no guidance and that attitude, I decided to forgo this brand as an option. I went to many other stores and brands thereafter, and all of them were so eager to help me.
Unless you know what you want, and are bringing them enough business (high ticket), I doubt they will take you seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been buying from them. The last time I went to them and showed them the Victorian diamond set that I had brought from them with supposedly real ruby strings. The diamond pendant was tarnished. All I was asking them is to polish ii. The manager was nice and we always dealt with him. He told us nothing can be done. So I was asking him some suggestions when the owner came and interrogated. The manager explained to her the issue. Half way through the obnoxious lady owner tells me they do not take jewellery back. Well I told her I just need this polished. But she treated us as if we were frauds. I will never buy from them again. And specially if they do not stand by their products. Every other reputed Jeweller stands by their products. And then I took it to my cousin in cChennai, he polished it to gold. But said the ruby strings were glass beads.
