Following a recent consultation with Abhijita Ji I purchased a ring and pendant from Gemstone Universe. Being based in the UK I was somewhat cautious as I had no prior experience of Gemstone Universe . However, I found the reviews of their service and the quality of the website very reassuring. I was assisted by Shashi Ji, following referral by Abhijita Ji. I really cannot speak highly enough of Shashi Ji. His approach has been exemplary throughout the process. From the initial discussion about the type of gemstones that should be acquired, the carats, whether to use silver or gold for setting and how they should be worn. Shashi was proactive in his approach and was invariably available to assist with any questions I had, in short nothing was too much! Shashi kept me full advised throughout the process, in a prompt and friendly manner. Considering that the package was shipped from Bangalore to the UK, it was carefully packaged to ensure the products were protected and the package was as tamper proof as possible. It was a concern of mine (as it took a little time to work it’s y through UK customs). However, my fears were allayed when I collected the package. I must underline that the entire process from initial consultation with Abhijita Ji, all interactions with Shashi Ji through to ultimate receipt and being advised as to the most auspicious time to commence wearing, were conducted online via Zoom, WhatsApp and email. This has only raised my admiration and thanks of Gemstone Universe. I would would have no hesitation in recommending Gemstone Universe to persons not able to meet with the team in person. For many days I was in search of a Jyotish quality gemstone. The search landed me on YouTube where I stumble upon 'Gemstone Universe', on their website I went through many of their articles about gemtherapy. And finally I decided to give it a shot. My search for Yellow Sapphire (Pukhraj) began as a result of a recommendation from a known astrologer. Since I ‘m the first time buyer of any sort of Gem or Stones, I neither had expertise or the experience of buying a Gemstone but knew that if I buy, it should be something Real & Authentic. I spent days visiting various stores in and outside of Bangalore but was not convinced with what I saw. Atlast through google search, I found Gemstone Universe and took time to read every detail about who they are, what they do, where do they source their stones from and most importantly their customer testimonials and reviews and when I visited them, Gosh was I not disappointed! What seems like a house converted into a store is situated in one of the residential areas of Indira Nagar. As you enter - just as their name suggests - the store unveils itself into this Universe of Gems and you will be mesmerized by the collection, variety, the artisanship and the quality of various gems they have in stock– one better than the other! Well-informed and friendly staff give you a sense of belonging without being too persuasive or pushy. In fact, they told me upfront that I have to take my own time to make the purchasing decision. Beware! As they begin to show their collection, you will be spoilt for choices so much so that at one stage, I was confused that I wanted to bring the entire store home. Thanks to Ms Sangeeta, who came to my rescue with her distinct style of shortlisting and ultimately helped me choose the stone that fit to my budget. You have the option of making the jewellery from them if you want, and I did choose to make a matching ring from them. The final product was just as beautiful as I imagined it to be. The in-house Priest will offer prayers and cleanse/charge the stone before handing them to you, which was indeed a special touch. Gemstone universe operate from a place of complete transparency. Their product offerings and their prices are mentioned on their website and if item is not on the website, it is not on the store – what you see you literally, what you get! Therefore, as a tip, I would recommend you to scroll through their wide range of product offering on the website and go with some item codes of your selection so as to do yourself a favour from saving the time as well as confusion in selecting the required Gemstone. In all my interactions, I felt that they operated with a deep essence of – If it is meant to be, it will be – and never once felt persuaded or being led into. I’m writing this review just two days into buying my Yellow Sapphire, not to claim the wondrous effect the stone had on me (as yet!) but to express how happy a customer I’m and how amazing a shopping experience I had with Gemstone Universe. This is one of my best purchase to-date and if you are also looking for something REAL and GENUINE like me, you now know where to go!

I had a wonderful experience acquiring a new ring through Gemstone Universe. I received consistent responses/updates for my order. The turnaround time from the initial order to receiving the ring was great. The ring came out perfect, and fits the same. Overall very pleased with my experience, and will revisit for future purchases.

In year 2020-2021 I was going through tremendous stress resulting in anxiety and depression due to my job and lots of ups and down in the personal life, so I was looking for some solutions when I first came across Gemstoneuniverse. I took a consultation and after analysing I was recommended to wear a yellow sapphire and natural pearl. I am happy the way gemstoneuniverse team have assisted me in placing my order specially Mr Johnson. Once I received the package the team assisted me with the date and time and the process of wearing the rings. But after few days passed I got a call from Johnson Sir that the pearl I choose and the one that was delivered was the wrong one, so I got a bit disappointed as it was a very Basra pearl and an expensive purchase but the Mr Johnson took personal attention to the matter and after accepting the mistake assured me they have already prepared the ring with the selected pearl and the next day Raghav Sir was travelling to Pune so he personally delivered the ring to me. I was really overwhelmed by the honesty and dedication they put behind their work for the customers and provide special attention. After few days I took a gemstone report and the last gem that came up was an hessonite, but hessonite stones are big in size and I was finding it difficult to choose the same from the website, so again Johnson Sir came to rescue and he asked to not hurry and take decision and let's do a video call the next day where he will get all the stones I selected and personally show me every stone how it will look once put on the figure, so we did that and I was able to choose the right stone with the right size. The quality of the gems are really superior with authentic certification that you can verify from the labs online. Trust is something that builds relationship and Gemstoneuniverse has deliver the same in my case. I would really like to visit the Bangalore office and meet the team whenever I get a chance.
