★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed services. Highly inexperienced sample collectors and staff. The person who collected sample had pricked needle multiple times to take blood. And so much so they failed to give timely report. Even after multiple followups till late night, and even after telling them its an emergency,we have appointment in morning, they didn't arrange the reports. N surprisingly they don't even know the reason for not preparing the report. And nobody is responsible and courteous enough in the staff to take responsibility and place the things inorder. Will never recommend this lab services to anyone as they don't understand the importance of being in medical profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lab I experienced. Till sample collection it was all ok.
After that it was only problems dealing with them.
1. They could confirm presence of fungal infection in around 3 weeks. Meanwhile the sample was given to other lab also which confirmed the result within 3 days.
2. Though they promised to provide interim report every week until test is positive upto three weeks, but one has to really keep calling their helpline number everyday and keep requesting to get it.
2. They pick up the phone only sometimes. That too after many attempts when your ears get irritated by their recorded voice.
3. After confirmation of the type of fungus they verbally told that susceptibility test for this fungus would not be done. Despite the fact that the very purpose of getting these tests done through them was to get the confirmation of effective medicine for the fungus (susceptibility test). Payment for both the tests was collected by them in advance.
4. Now struggle is on to get the refund of the test that they are not performing but advance taken (susceptibility test). For last one and a half month they have all the excuses not to refund the money.
5. Their marketing team has done good job by creating really attractive test packages, but, the execution is really pathetic.
6. Hoping them to realize someday that their services are very critical and affect someone's life at times. Please earn your share of profit but provide reports correctly and timely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst lab ever.. Pathetic services. While collecting samples, they make fake commitments to you that they will provide test report within the mentioned time but it never happens. In fact they stop picking your phone calls when they know that patient is calling for report and they don't have it. They don't know the reason for delay in reports.. Staff is so pathetic.. They don't have even little empathy n work ethics.
Will never recommend it to anyone around.
