★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a person visiting from the US and having to take a RT-PCR test for onward travel inside India.. I was apprehensive about the services. The team at SRL were fantastic, prompt, and very accommodating.. I was able to schedule my appointment with just 24 hours notice and it being a Sunday, the lady (Asha) I was interacting with sent me a questionnaire I filled out remotely, she scheduled an appt. sent me a Google maps link to their office (all via WhatsApp) and serviced me promptly when I got there doe the appointed time.
The lab tech was masked, their my had my data ready and I was in/out in less than 10 minutes.
They knew what they were doing and did a great job ! Kudos to the team ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I got RTPCR test done here.The staff at centre was very Cooperative and cordial. I am specially thankful to Ms. Trupti who has taken all details one day earlier and on reaching the Centre our Forms were ready with all details as asked by me. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth a single star. Fraud lab. Small matchbox cabin situated on the first floor. Stairs are very dirty. Very unprofessional. No proper covid protocols followed. On 28th March 2021, we went for covid test of my wife. On follow up, they sent us test report on 29th March evening which showed Negative result. We were relaxed seeing the result. One day after, we received call from BMC, saying your report is positive. On encountering with SRL, they said the result is positive and then they sent us positive report.
We stay with parents who are comorbid patients and if they become positive, who will be responsible for this. On receiving the first report (negative), my spouse was relaxed and started moment in house. My concern is being a reputed diagnostic center such error is not expected.
PLEASE AVOID SRL DIAGNOSTICS

SRL Diagnostics were very professional from the outset in setting up the appointment, the technician arrived on time and I was able to get my results within 24 hours of the test being administered. Would highly recommend.
