★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever! A patient too sick to even walk is fasting, waiting for their home collection service. They NEVER SHOW UP, not on the slot they specified, not one hour after that. .On calling their support, they simply state collection is a different department and they have no idea when they will turn up. Bunch of unprofessionals. Avoid this place, there are lots of other home collection services out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very slow compared to other SRL or any other diagnostic services.
Staff are not professional while talking on phone.
Once samples are collected they will not answer your call at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service it's been 5 days their guy took our money and our Covid test and haven't delivered a report yet.
They say the testing is still penting but I am recieving calls from BMC for being positive, they don't give report and they also take the money.
These guys are FRAUDS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible people to deal with! They overcharge (Rs. 1050) above govt norms (Rs.800) for rt pcr, they call it other charges and refuse to give receipt to client! Ms Poonam Bhosle is loud, rude and insensitive, screaming at client asking for a receipt. Ms. Shilpa tibrewal is very arrogant as well. What a total joke in the name of health service! Raised a complaint with SRL which is their parent lab as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience my wife had gone for covid test center was empty but the lady on the counter was not willing to attend on asking she responded very rudely that why you people come because of you we have to come to the lab and was shouting on top of her voice would not recommend anyone to go here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give no stars. Absolutely rude lady answering the call and not accountable for sending patients reports. We did the test on Sunday and no reports till monday evening. On calling they only say reports emailed and not ready to check or resend. There are plenty of better diagnostic centers around and you will loose business because of ur attide.
